1, Maintaining Up-to-Date Recruitment Materials

Regularly gather information from the school and update its recruitment materials, including videos, brochures, PPTs, and others.


2, Raising Awareness of School Location and District

Design and establish an online platform dedicated to the school that will showcase information to parents and agencies. Keep the platform up-to-date with real-time news and undertake marketing efforts to improve the school's visibility in the region, making it easier for agencies and parents to access the latest information and share it with others.


3, Participating in International Education Fairs

Invest in participating in prominent international education exhibitions, organized by the Ministry of Education, to represent the school.


4, Providing Regular Training and Information to Partner Agencies

Conduct business trips to at least 10 cities, 3-4 times a year, to communicate the latest enrollment policy and school information to partner agencies and provide relevant visa policy training as needed.


5, Supporting Recruitment Efforts of Partner Agencies

Represent the school at least 3 times a year, during business trips covering 10-15 cities, and attend local lecture and education exhibitions organized by partner agencies to support their recruitment efforts. This will enhance their understanding of the school project and allow more families and students to make informed decisions.


6, Organizing School Visits

Organize school visits for students and their parents or teachers during the summer or winter holidays. Reward partner agencies and consultants who make a significant contribution to student recruitment with a visit to the school.


7, Monitoring Student Applications and Enrollments

Assist consultants in answering parents' questions until a contract is signed with the consultant or agency. Focus on student interviews, admission, deposit payment, visa application and preparation, and resolve any problems for partner agencies or families until the student arrives at the school.


8, Providing Ongoing Support

Once the student has enrolled, provide ongoing support by facilitating communication between the school and families, forwarding study reports regularly, and reminding families to pay invoices on time.
